WHERE IS MY LOCAL SHOW?

WHAT TIME DOES IT START/FINISH?

For all shows:

Gates: 5pm
Venue vacated: 10pm

HOW DO I GET THERE?

All venues are within easy driving distance of the local city centre. There is car parking on site and bus services for some shows from city centres to venue and back will be available. See “Is there a bus service” FAQ below.

WHERE DO I PARK?

For each show there is ample car parking on site or adjacent thereto. As you approach the venue there will be clear signage directing to car parking.

IS THERE A BUS SERVICE?

NB: Please be at all bus stops 10 minutes prior to departure.

Friday 19 January
Neudorf Vineyards

 

$30.00 per person

 

The bus will leave Nelson Coachlines Depot (27 Bridge Street) at 4.00pm, the Tahuna outside 623 On The Rocks at 4.10pm, the Stoke Tennis Court Main Road Stoke at 4.20pm, Opposite shops on Salisbury Road Richmond at 4.30pm and outside the Top Ten Holiday Park Gladstone Road Richmond at 4.35pm. The bus will leave promptly after the concert from the main entrance and drop you off at the same locations.

 

Saturday 27 January 
Ascension Wine Estate

 

$30.00 per person

 

The bus will leave 172 Quay Street Auckland City (opposite Ferry Building) at 3.15pm, Lake Road Takapuna (outside Farmers) at 3.45pm and Loop Road Orewa (outside Baptist Church) at 4.15pm. The bus will leave promptly after the concert from the main entrance and drop you off at the same location you boarded.

 

Sunday 28 January
Kainui Road Vineyard

 

$25.00 per person

 

The bus will leave Kawakawa from 62 Gillies Street (outside WINZ) at 4.00pm. It will then go via Paihia, leaving outside the Maritime Building at 4.20pm. Last stop is via 6 Cobham Street in Kerikeri, outside Subway, leaving at 4.45pm. And then will head to the venue. The bus will leave promptly after the concert from the main entrance and drop you off at the same location you boarded.

Friday 2 February
Black Barn Vineyards
The bus will leave the bus stop by Taradale Clock Fountain on Gloucester Road at 3.30pm. It will then stop outside The Gintrap Restaurant & Bar at 3.45pm. It will then go via East Pier Hotel on Nelson Quay at 3.55pm. It will then stop in the bus stop opposite the Beach Front Motel on Marine Parade at 4.05pm. And then via the bus stop outside Clive BP at 174 Main Road at 4.20pm, before heading to the venue. The bus will leave promptly after the concert from the main entrance, and drop you off at the same location you boarded.

Saturday 3 February
Villa Maria Winery

 

$25.00 per person

 

The bus will leave 172 Quay Street Auckland City (opposite the Ferry Building) at 4.15pm It will then go via Ellerslie, leaving from the corner of Mitchelson St and Walpole Street (opposite the TAB staff car park – motorway side of Ellerslie Racecourse) at 4.30pm. The bus will leave promptly after the concert from the main entrance, and drop you off at the same location you boarded.

 

Friday 9 February
Vilagrad Winery

 

$25.00 per person

 

The bus will leave the Caro St, near the Hamilton City Council at 4.15pm and make its way straight to the venue. The bus will leave promptly after the concert from the main entrance and drop you off at Caro St.

WHAT IS THE TICKET PRICE?

From Monday 16 October Early Bird Tickets are on sale for $69 (+booking fee). From 1 December, GA tickets will be $79 (+booking fee). 

HOW DO I BUY TICKETS?

WHAT DOES THE TICKET PRICE INCLUDE?

Ticket price includes access to the venue only. There is no reserved seating, it is all General Admission. First come, first served.

DO CHILDREN GET IN FREE?

Yes, but only on the following basis: One child (12 years of age or younger) will be given free admittance when accompanied by a parent or guardian who has purchased a ticket. So one child per ticket-purchasing adult. Please note that if you intend to utilise a bus service, all passengers including children will be required to purchase a bus ticket. Please also note that children cannot leave the venue unless accompanied by an adult.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND/OR DRINK?

You can bring your own food and sealed bottled water or soft drinks. There will be food stalls on site, selling a selection of hot and cold foods, including a vegetarian option.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

These are outdoor concerts. We will proceed, rain or shine. So come prepared. Be sun-smart. Bring rain protection. Bring your own chairs or blankets. You can bring sun umbrellas, but these must be taken down when artists are playing. Bring cash. There will be eftpos on site, but cash is always quicker. Do not bring glass. You can bring your own food and sealed bottled water or soft drinks. No branded foods (McDonalds, KFC etc) is allowed to be brought in.

WHAT SHOULDN'T I BRING?

No alcohol. No glass. No professional cameras (SLRs or removable lens cameras). No recording devices. No tents or gazebos. No dogs or other animals, other than assistance dogs. Check with your venue for more details.

WILL THERE BE SEATING?

There is no reserved seating. Access is General Admission, on a first come, first served basis. You can bring chairs or blankets.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

We play rain or shine. Accepting this is a condition of buying a ticket. These are all outdoor concerts. The promoters have the sole and absolute discretion to postpone any show, in exceptional circumstances, to an alternative date. In that event existing tickets will be valid for the alternative date or they can be returned to point of purchase for a refund (excluding booking fees), prior to the alternative date.
